Woman of Distinction Award 2008

Mary Ann Scully is the recipient of the 2008 Woman of Distinction award. In 2005 Scully headed the organizing team for Howard Bank, and now serves as President and CEO. She sits on the boards of the United Way, the Horizon Foundation, the Columbia Foundation, Howard County Women’s Giving Circle, UMBC’s Alex Brown Center for Entrepreneurship among others. In 2002 and 2005 she was recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women by the Daily Record.

There will be 3 continuing education scholarships awarded as well. Applications for these scholarships will be accepted through May 4. For more information, and a link to the scholarship application, click here.
